Keerthy Yessh was born 17 October 1992, in the country of India, is a movie actress. Keerthy has mainly appeared in Tamil as well as Telugu cinema along with several films in Malayalam. She was awarded the National Film Award for Best Actress for portraying actor Savitri for Mahanati, a Telugu movie Mahanati (2018). Keerthy began to work on films that weren't Malayalam in 2015. The actress also signed on to appear in multiple Tamil films at the same time. She released her first film, A. L. Vijay's love story Idhu Enna Maayam, in 2015, opposite Vikram Prbhu. It was not a success at the box-office. Because of her hectic schedule, in 2015 she was forced to withdraw from films on which she already began working, like Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye or Deekay's Kavalaivendam. In a short time she also worked together with Sivakarthikeyan in Rajini Murugan, Remo and was also the lead actor in Prabhu Sool's Thodari with Dhanush. The film that she played in was her Telugu debut was planned to be titled Ainaa Ishtam Nuvvu. The film was pushed back in 2015, and there are reports that it would be released in September, 2020 under the new name Janakitho Nenu. In 2016, Nenu Sailaja, starring Ram Pothineni, was her debut. Keerthy was the lead actress alongside Vijay In Bairavaa by Bharathan that premiered on January 17, 2017. She was in Tamil film Paambhu Satai, as well as Telugu film Nenu Local both in 2017.
