David Muir is an American anchor and journalist best known for his ABC news show World News Tonight with David Muir and for his role in the ABC News magazine 20/20 for where he acts as an anchor co-anchor. With its animated gestures and the dramatic clips of celebrities' gossip, his show has become America's most-watched newscast. Made In America, his Emmy nominated show, is one of his other achievements. Before taking on ABC World News Tonight, he served as the primary replacement for the show's founder Diane Sawyer.
